HYPNOTHERAPY (HYPNOSIS)
Hypnosis is defined as a state of deep relaxation, focussed awareness and concentration. While Self-Hypnosis and Meditation allow relaxation at the trance level of Alpha state. At LifeSprk our Specialist guides clients to the Theta level of trance, also known as the somnambulism state.
Clients have experienced relief from problematic unexplainable illness and symptoms, impulsive behaviors, decision patterns, and Chakra imbalances to unlock wisdom and lessons hidden within their DNA. Clients have reported being able to get explanation and answers toward: Parenting gifted children, Career choices, impulsive decisions and behavior, Near Death Experiences (NDE), relationship tension, divorce, unexplainable illnesses, Bad luck patterns, Motor vehicle accidents and so much more.
Healing is a unique journey of self-discovery, emotional release, and spiritual growth. Recognizing the signs—whether through recurring fears, unexplained emotions, deep-seated patterns, illnesses—allows to confront these energies with awareness and compassion.
****Adding Somatic Therapy to the session facilitates Instaneous relief in the Nervous system and Fascia to remove lingering physical blockages.

Eliminating Myths And Establishing The Facts About Hypnosis
Loss of Consciousness
A person in hypnosis is in an altered state of consciousness. S/he is aware of what is going on. They are not in a sleep state.
Hypnotized People Do Crazy Things While in Hypnosis
Crazy things go on in stage hypnosis which exists for the entertainment of the audience. It gives the wrong impression of clinical hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is used for the realization of the client's goals, to release limiting or negative habits, fear and physical discomfort.
In Hypnosis There is Surrender of the Will or Loss of Control
Hypnotized clients remain in total control and will never do anything they would not do in the usual state of consciousness.
Weak Mindedness
The best hypnotic subjects are of at least average intelligence and have a good ability to imagine and concentrate. The fact that a client is looking for another tool to help themselves with an issue and is willing to do the work they have to do to create change suggests a strong mind.
The revelation of Secrets
A person will never reveal anything that they don't want to reveal because they are in total control at all times and totally responsible for their actions. Hypnosis is not a lie detector!
Fear of Getting "Stuck" In Hypnosis
A person can't get "stuck" in hypnosis. What keeps a person in hypnosis is the hypnotist’s constant dialog. If the hypnotist stops talking, the client will emerge from hypnosis, curious to see why the session stopped, or, they will be so relaxed they just fall asleep and take a nap from which they wake up naturally as if from a nap.
Hypnosis Weakens the Will
A person will not succumb to any suggestion made by the hypnotist which is contrary to their goals and wishes because they remain in total control.
Hypnosis is Habit-Forming
This technique is not habit-forming. It is highly successful and can be deeply relaxing which encourages people to do self-hypnosis. It is just another tool of self-help to use if and when you choose.
Repeated Induction Weakens the Mind
Not true. Repetitive inductions strengthen your resolve to achieve your goals, and release your fears or discomforts.
Hypnosis Against the Will
Hypnosis is an interactive experience. It is a useful tool a person can choose to help with whatever issues s/he needs to address. When there is proper rapport, a person's conscious and unconscious mind will be more open to positive suggestions for change.
Criminal or Anti-Social Acts
A hypnotized person maintains their usual moral values and doesn’t do anything s/he would not do when they are not hypnotized.
