My husband and I took Angella's 5 class Hypnobirthing course. With this being our first child we came into the course with much anxiety and many unanswered questions. Angella took the time to connect with us on a deep personal level to share her wealth of knowledge on child birth and relaxation/pain management techniques. She is very personable and easy to open up to. We now feel confident we have the ability to bring our baby into the world in the most beautiful way as nature intended. We would recommend taking this course, or any other one of Angella's courses, to anyone who is expecting a new baby.

I have always heard of how important Mental health was but it was always and still is something like an elephant in the room of a topic, in my family. Since I met Angella, she has helped me to clear up so many questions in my head for my current, present and future goals. For the past few years of being a single mom of two under the age of 10, I've been looking for someone like Angella to remind me of who I know I am, not by telling me anything, but just by helping me to reach within myself for answers and asking myself the right questions. I have gained so much more confidence in the way I make my decisions, remembering to have patience with myself and to make choices for myself without seeking any outside validation. I still have some ways to go but I'm so grateful for the journey ahead. Thank you so much !!
